Can I cancel my order?
We don’t do cancellations once the order is processed. Alert us of an order issue please email help@sanaagiftshop.com
What Shipping is available?
Cards, Giftwrap, Mugs and Stationery will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Prints are made to order. Please allow 3 – 5 working days to process and dispatch.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays)
We recommend ordering at least 7 – 14 working days before the occasion to make sure you receive it in time and avoid any potential delays by Royal Mail. Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed.

What is the return policy?
There are no returns with exception for items that arrive damaged. Please email photo to help@sanaagiftshop.com immediately if the item is damaged so we can assist you with an exchange or instruct you to file a claim with the carrier.
Do you offer international shipping
No! We are currently not shipping internationally. If you want to ship internationally head over to our ETSY store where we are able to accommodate orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Do the prints come with a frame?
We don’t offer customisation at this present moment, but stay tune
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once item is marked as shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your item is lost or stolen, notify the carrier and file a claim.
